You get to the bottle by pulling back the inner wheel arch push the motor up to remove it and then where the pump pushes in there is a small rubber filter pull that out and clean it. no to the headlight washers, and none to the additives, nothing in the washer bottle at the mo other than water! cheers for the link Andy K but that seems to be an issue where it just doesnt work at all, mine works fine, perfectly fine, water comes out at a constant pressure etc, just sometimes it takes its time when it wants to come out, and if it takes up to 10 seconds plus it comes out

Take the car out for at least a 20min run with heaters on full, and rear window demister on till it auto cuts out, the wiper could have froze to the window, and the rubber pipe for the rear jet that runs through the headliner takes longer to thaw out than the front washer jets as it dont have the
